We love to explore and find real, local places no matter if we are close to home or traveling. There is nothing better than finding that family run restaurant in a sea of chains that makes your trip memorable.

Currently, we are mostly exploring the areas around Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Punta Gorda, Florida. So you will find lots of information on both places. But we also love to travel, and we’ll post about any place that we find that has a local vibe. We love to eat, so you’ll find plenty of restaurants and dining suggestions. But we won’t limit ourselves to just those things.

Finally, we think the world deserves a lot more positive press than it receives. We will avoid any negative stories and will focus on those things that unite all of us (which are much more numerous than those that divide us).
